The REACT Centre for Responsible Electronics And Circular Technologies, in collaboration with TechWorks, are hosting a workshop on the September 18 Sep 2025  at the  Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG. We will be presenting an overview of the CHIMES Innovation and Knowledge Centre during the afternoon session covering the UK semiconductor research landscape.  

The event aims to bring together people within the UK semiconductor with an interest in:

• Shaping and co-create sustainable technology solutions to help the UK build a competitive, sustainable electronics sector
• Hearing from organisations looking to address sustainability challenges in real-world electronic applications
• Lifecycle assessment - sustainability reporting and the use of the new Digital Product Passports
• Strengthening collaboration between industry and academia in foster innovation for sustainable growth
