MicroTech 2026 is the Annual IMAPS-UK Conference which will focus on Driving Innovation in Semiconductor Packaging. This is an In Person Conference that combines invited Keynotes and presentations from leading Industrial Companies and Research Organisations. The conference is on Thursday 26th March 2026 at the King’s Conference Centre, Upper Northam Rd, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 4BZ
MicroTech 2026 will provide examples of microelectronics packaging solutions that will not only be expected to demonstrate enhanced performance and optimised costs, but also improved reliability, reduced thermal impact, overall life cycle cost benefits and a robust supply chain.
A Call for Abstracts for people to present their work is open with submission of an abstract of 200-300 words by Friday 28th November 2025.
