Works, hosted a workshop on 18 September 2025 at the Royal Society, 6–9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG. CHIMES presented an overview of the Innovation and Knowledge Centre during the afternoon session covering the UK semiconductor research landscape.
The event aimed to bring together people within the UK semiconductor community with an interest in:
- Shaping and co-creating sustainable technology solutions to help the UK build a competitive, sustainable electronics sector
- Hearing from organisations looking to address sustainability challenges in real-world electronic applications
- Lifecycle assessment, sustainability reporting, and Digital Product Passports
- Strengthening collaboration between industry and academia to foster innovation for sustainable growth
